The clinical diagnostic laboratory started its activity from the first day of the cardiology center. From 2014 to 2019, the laboratory operated on the basis of the first city hospital, the staff consisted of 1 laboratory physician and 5 laboratory assistants, who served the cardiology department for patients with arrhythmia and the cardiology department for patients with myocardial infarction. In 2018, CDL started working on equipment purchased by an international bank.
In December 2019, the laboratory received its own renovated premises, also expanded the staff, which includes: the head of CDL, a laboratory doctor, 7 paramedics and a junior nurse, the laboratory operates 24/7.
In 2020, the laboratory was accredited and received a certificate of technical compliance, which allows you to perform:
- General clinical studies
- Hematological examinations
- Biochemical research
- Cardiology-specific markers of myocardial damage.
The laboratory takes part in external and internal quality control, the whole team is qualified to its work, understanding that behind each analysis is the patient’s life.
