Olha Ihorivna Pakhno was born on November 17, 1993 in Vinnytsia.

In 2010-2017, she studied at the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia, majoring in General Medicine. In 2019, she completed her studies in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care. In 2017, she completed a 4-week traineeship at SANA Klinik and in 2020, a 2-week traineeship at DIAKO Klinik in Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Management in Germany. Since 2019, she has been working at the MNI VRCCP

Municipal Institution Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Diagnostic and Treatment Center of Cardiovascular Pathology as an anesthesiologist in the intensive care unit of the X-ray operating unit.
