In 1984, he graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of the Lviv State Medical University, work experience makes 36 years.

In 1990, he completed his post-specialization medical residency in Cardiology. In 1999, he defended his PhD thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences (Section – Cardiology). Specialist doctor of the higher category since 1995. Head of the Outpatient Diagnostic Division since it was established in 2014.

He combines practical work with scientific work – he has published 27 scientific works in domestic and foreign periodicals as to modern methods of treatment atherosclerosis and perspectives on limiting its distribution. Since 2012, he has been the chief cardiology specialist of Vinnytsia Health Department.
