Nemyrovska, Iryna Anatoliivna was born on July 22, 1985, in the city of Vinnytsia.

From 1992 to 2002, she studied at the secondary school-college No. 29 in Vinnytsia.

After finishing school, she was admitted to the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, to the Faculty of Accounting and Audit. In 2007, she completed her studies and obtained a higher education as an economist.

From 2003 to 2007, she worked at the Vinnytsia Regional Children’s University Hospital as an accountant for store accounting.

In 2007-2014, she worked in Vinnytsia Regional Medical and Physical Education Clinical Treatment and Prevention Medical Center

In 2012, she was conferred a category of lead accountant. Since 2014, she has been working in the Municipal Institution Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Diagnostic and Treatment Center of Cardiovascular Pathology as a chief accountant.
