He was born on May 4, 1985 in the city of Vinnytsia.

In 2008, he graduated from the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia. In 2010, he completed a post-graduate residency in General Surgery.

Since 2012, he worked as a surgeon at Lypovets District Hospital as a surgeon. Since 2014, he has been working as a cardiac surgeon at the MNI Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Medical and Diagnostic Center for Cardiovascular Pathology.
